Shipping & Returns
Due to COVID-19, delivery times can be expected to be delay. For International orders please expect delays of up to 2 months. Orders will be fulfilled once a week (usually Mondays) so processing times may be longer.
You will receive an email with a tracking number after it's been processed and dispatched.
I am unable to offer returns, exchanges or cancellations but if there are any problems with your order please don't hesitate to contact me.
Please ensure that the shipping address you enter is correct as I can not be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Refused shipments will not be issued a refund as the package won't be returned to me.
